The Premise
The film explores a terrifying “what if” scenario: what happens when Godzilla’s cells are carried into deep space? Whether transported by Biollante’s spores or Mothra’s wings, these cells have passed through a black hole, merged with crystalline organisms, and mutated into a sentient, malevolent cosmic entity known as SpaceGodzilla. This crystalline clone begins a direct flight path toward Earth with one goal: to eliminate the original Godzilla and claim the planet as its own.
The Conflict
As the celestial threat approaches, the human response is divided into two desperate operations:

Project M: The construction of MOGUERA (Mobile Operations G-Force Universal Expert Robot: Aero-type), a high-tech, transforming machine designed to succeed the destroyed Mechagodzilla.

Project T: A controversial attempt by psychic Miki Saegusa and a team of scientists to telepathically control Godzilla using a mind-control device implanted in his neck.
The situation turns personal when SpaceGodzilla arrives on Birth Island and imprisons Little Godzilla (the grown “Baby” from the previous film) in a crystalline cage. Godzilla is forced into a showdown that takes him across Japan to Fukuoka, which SpaceGodzilla has transformed into a sprawling crystal fortress to siphon the Earth’s energy. In an uneasy alliance, the military’s MOGUERA and the King of the Monsters must work together to shatter the cosmic twin’s defenses.
